Manage groups

Groups allow you to decide WHO has access to WHAT. It is the link between your users and your training.

By going through the "Users" menu, then "Groups", you will see the list of your groups.

A group is therefore made up:

  • a title: to quickly identify them

  • a description: visible only to editors, if you want to give more context

  • an option to “activate ranking”

  • users: people who will have access to the group's training

  • trainings: the training courses that you make available to users who are in the group.

Group's statistics

Each group has statistics that are calculated periodically. This allows you to have an overview of the progress and completion of your training, for this group specifically.

Sharing statistics

You can easily share these statistics, via the three dots next to the title. The generated link is publicly available, with no login required.
