With Cards, you are free to upgrade your subscription as you wish. To do so, go to the “subscription” page.
You can change at any time, according to your needs, the the number of learners.
If you already have several learners, the minimum you will be able to select is your current number of learners. You can delete learners to select a lower number.
When you change your subscription upwards (e.g. by taking on more learners) you pay the difference immediately for the current month, pro rata to the time remaining before your next payment deadline.
This amount is displayed when you click on “Validate my changes” :
The amount is charged to your registered payment method. You can change it by clicking on the “My bills and payment options” button on the subscription page.
When you downgrade your subscription, we will prorate it to the next due date, and you will automatically receive a discount at the next due date (month or year).
As with the quota increase or decrease, with Cards you can easily change your payment recurrence: from monthly to annual, or from annual to monthly.
Here too we work with prorating according to your deadlines.
