# Library mode

Library mode is a special mode for displaying and publishing training courses.

Unlike access management based on groups or routines, this mode allows you to roll out training courses to all your learners on a large scale, leaving them to decide whether or not to complete the content.

This mode works seamlessly alongside standard distribution methods.

To use this mode, you must select the training courses to be made available in the library and enable the mode within your Cards workspace.

### Enable the option for your courses

To enable library mode, go to the editing page for your course (this is also available in the creation form).

In the "Distribution" section, you will find an option labeled "Available in the library." Set this option to "Yes" to add the course to your library.

You can also add multiple courses to your library from the course list using bulk actions: select the relevant courses, click "Other actions" in the panel that appears at the bottom, and then select "Add to library."

### Enable the mode for your workspace

To enable library mode for your workspace, go to the configuration page via the top-right menu and select "My workspace."

{% hint style="warning" %}
You must be the workspace owner or have the necessary permissions to access this page and enable the mode.
{% endhint %}

Once the mode is enabled, the "Library" link will appear for your learners.

{% hint style="info" %}
We recommend adding your courses first and then enabling the mode for your workspace. This ensures that as soon as the mode is activated, your learners will immediately see available content.
{% endhint %}
